My journey in clinical research began after university when I stumbled into a role as a study coordinator in Colorado, USA. Little did I know that this would be the start of a fulfilling and dynamic career in the world of pharma. Over the past 15 years, I've grown from that initial role into a Clinical Operations Manager at one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies.

This journey hasn't just been about professional growth, but also about discovering a passion for coaching and building teams. Seeing talented individuals thrive in their careers is incredibly rewarding, and it's what inspired me to create Clinical Research Career Coach.

While I now live in Sydney, Australia with my wife and young son, I help people around the world!
