The goal of Clinical Research Career Coaching is not only help you to break into the industry, but also to make sure you're successful once you're in.
About Me
My name is Brandon Freson. I started my journey into healthcare at the age of 18 when I began working as an emergency medical technician in the United States. After graduating university in 2009, I fell into the wonderful and less known industry of clinical research as a study coordinator. As my passion and experience grew, I began managing a team of study coordinators in 2014. A year later I leveraged my study coordinator experience to break into the my first CRA role in 2015. Not long after, I moved to Australia and began working for IQVIA (formally Quintiles). I completed a dual masters degree in 2017 in business and public health with the goal of eventually line managing a team. This dream came true in 2018 when I first began managing a team of CRAs and CTAs.
What I love most about my job is helping others develop, grow, and succeed. Helping others better navigate the same or similar path I did is both fulfilling and rewarding. My goal with Clinical Research Career Coaching is to expand my reach to others who want to break into the industry and be successful once they're in.
